In the event that you need support from Procix, please know that Procix will be there for you, without asking for a purchase order in order to solve the issue at hand. Procix uses only world-class components in our test system. All components are widely available throught the United States and the rest of the world. Each customer is encouraged to become familiar with the operating principles of all of their purchased equipment in order to quickly and efficiently provide solutions to any unforseen problems.
