In the last 12 months, Procix has completed installations
around the globe. See the photos below for sample
installations from the United States to the Far
East.
|
| Lay-in station |

A computer, scanner, touch screen and bar code printer
are integrated into one networked station. The software
allows the manufacturer to create, import, and edit
production schedules and will automatically print
a unit bar code that will be used to track the unit
throughout the entire assembly process.

| System proofing and leak testing station |

This all-in-one station is used to test your closed
sytem for leaks. This station has the capability to
provide the UL system integrity test as well as a
controlled helium sniff test. The system includes
the PC station, the cabinet with all station valving
and system I/O, a Leybold vacuum pump, an Inficon
mass spectrometer, and all unit connections. |

|
| System evacuation and refrigerant charging station |

Procix provided this manfacturer a convenient, easy
to use station that allows unattended system evacuation
and refrigerant charging for two refrigerants. The
bar code scanner, touch screen monitor and hidden
computer work together to provide the manufacturer
with recipe-driven evacuation and refrigerant charging
cycles. |

| Component verification station |

The critical component verification station is an
unsung hero. Management now has a way to verify that
every part that is installed in a unit is the correct
part, every time. The operator is required to scan
both the unit being built and the component being
installed. Procix verifies the part is correct and
"allows" the unit to continue down the assembly
line. Every bit of data is saved allowing the manufacturer
complete traceability for the unit being built. |

System performance test station
|

Once again, Procix has pushed the envelope with performance
testing. The all in one, state-of-the-art station
shown is used to automatically test swimming pool
heat pumps. Functions include electrical safety, low
voltage starting capability, unit and component power,
controller verification, defrost cycle verification,
outdoor fan direction, vibration, and many more... |

| Assembly line watchdog |

This arrangement of the Watchdog, by Procix, includes
a three-tray printer which prints, on demand, the
unit report car, warranty card, and shipping label.
This printing is ONLY completed once Procix verifies
that all mandated quality checkpoints have been passed. |
